This article, submitted by a citizen with involvement from 8th grade Civics students, is a resolution to recognize, respect and appreciate William Symmes Jr., an attorney who was sent by North Andover Town Meeting in 1787 to represent the community and Commonwealth at the Massachusetts Ratification Convention.
