The towns of Andover and North Andover are partnering to conduct an assessment of the community’s needs. The aims are to better understand the various social, economic, and health issues that residents are facing and to develop a plan to address them.
As part of this effort, we are asking people to take a 15-minute survey to share their experiences.
We want to hear from everyone! Your feedback is valuable and will be used to inform future community improvement.
Please click on the link below to take the survey. If the link does not bring you to the opening page of the survey, copy and paste the web address into your browser.
The survey is available at: https://hria.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3qsVAOAqev8zc8e.
Please complete the survey by Friday, November 18th, 2022.
Thank you again for your participation, and please feel free to contact Meghan Guptill (mguptill@hria.org) or 617-279-2232) if you have any questions or concerns about the survey.
