Article 14: Appropriation – Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2023
This article funds the Town’s Capital Improvement Plan for FY23. The Town has a five year capital improvement and capital budgeting plan, which it updates annually. Town Meeting Child Care Service for North Andover School Age Students (K-6th) – Registration Required
At the request of Town Moderator Mark DiSalvo, North Andover Community Programs will be offering a child care service to families attending Town Meeting at the High School on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022. It is provided to North Andover school age students (K – 6th grade). Please be advised that this is not a drop in program and you must pre-register for a spot in order for us to properly staff the program. Drop off will begin at 6:25PM and we ask that you pick up your child no later than 10:00PM.

Time: 6:30PM – 10:00PM
Cost: Free
