The following permits are now available on the North Andover Fire Department website:
  • Box Plugging
  • Fire Alarm
  • Sprinkler
  • Hot Work
  • Installation/Alteration of Oil Burning Equipment.
These permits can be accessed through the following link:  https://www.northandoverma.gov/fire-department/fire-prevention/pages/permits
If you don’t already have one, applicants will need to register for a free OpenGov account in order to use online permitting.  Please contact the North Andover Fire Department at 978-688-9590 with any questions or if you need assistance.

Town Meeting Warrant Article of the Day


Article 11: Petition General Court-An Act to Amend the Town Charter- Change to Select Board

This article would allow the Board of Selectmen to petition the State Legislature to amend the charter.  This change would amend the language referring to the Board of Selectmen to the gender neutral language of “Select Board.”

Don’t forget to return your ballot for the upcoming June 2nd Annual Election!

Still holding onto a ballot for the upcoming June 2nd Annual Election?  In order to be sure it is received on time, please use the drop off box in front of Town Hall.   The box is checked several times a day, and will be checked several times throughout the day on June 2nd.  Ballots left in the box on Election Day will be delivered to the polling location by the close of polls.  Any ballot not returned before 8 pm on June 2nd will not be counted.
