Article 7: Acceptance of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, §106
General Law c. 41, §106 authorizes the Board of Selectmen to appoint a tree warden for a three year term. By accepting the statute the legislative authority of the Board of Selectmen to appoint a Tree Warden for a three year term will be established.
