Article 11: Citizen Petition-Petition General Court-Special Act-Change in Liquor Quota-All Alcoholic Beverages for Package Stores-Mokunj, LLC
Article 11 is a citizen petition requesting that the Town petition the state legislature for an increase in liquor licenses. Currently the Town has no available all alcoholic beverage licenses for a package store. This request would increase the quota by one and the license would have to be used at 550 Turnpike Street. The Town’s quota for all alcohol licenses is 6, and determined by population.
