Warrant Article of the Day

Article 7: Amend General Bylaw Chapter 20, Article I, Housing Trust Fund
This article is amending the Town’s bylaw regarding the Affordable Housing Trust to bring it in line with the state law, which was changed in 2016. The amendment expands the purpose of the Affordable Housing Trust to allow all eligible community housing initiatives to be included.
