Article 8: Home Rule Petition
This article is a home rule petition, which would also change the charter. This change is being brought forward to officially change the name of the Disability Commission to the North Andover Commission on Ability Assistance. The Commission voted to make this change in order to reflect the values and mission of the commission. The Town’s charter can be found here: https://ecode360.com/32164125
