Downtown Improvement Master Plan Update and Video

The Downtown Improvement Master Plan is entering its final stages. We have received substantial input from the public that has been very helpful in putting this plan together. The last meeting for public input on the plan was held earlier this month, with the next steps including finalizing the plan and presenting it to the Select Board.

You can watch the last Downtown Improvement Master Plan public meeting here, if you missed it.

This plan, which the Town is working with BETA, Inc to put together, will guide public infrastructure improvement and the design of Downtown North Andover into the future. Recommendations from this plan will help the Town to achieve goals related to accessibility, traffic safety, and walkability, as well as advancing goals set out in the 2018 Master Plan. The Downtown Improvement Master Plan is a conceptual plan and the Town will continue to engage the public as engineering plans and implementation are pursued.

Please send any questions to Dan Beckley at dbeckley@northandoverma.gov.
