March 30, 2021 Application Deadline Notice
The March 30, 2021 Annual Election is one week away, and that means the vote by mail deadline is fast approaching. If you want to vote by mail, the deadline to submit the application is Wednesday, March 24th – 5 PM. To download the application, click here. To return the application by the deadline, you can scan and email it to vote@northandoverma.gov, or drop it off in the Town Hall Business Mail box that is located in front of Town Hall. Â
Please remember – when you receive your ballot by mail, the yellow affidavit envelope that is included must be signed. Without a signature, the ballot will be rejected and a new ballot will have to be sent. All ballots must be received no later than 8 PM on Election Day. We are encouraging everyone to return your ballot as soon as you can so there are no delays in the end of the night tallying of votes. For your convenience, the drive up / walk up ballot drop box is behind Town Hall – Senior Center parking lot.
Thank you.

Thank you to K-9 Gibbs for his first year of service to the Town of North Andover!  Gibbs is a one and a half year old Golden retriever, born on July 1, 2019. He has been with the NAPD since March 2020. K-9 Gibbs spends his days with his partner, School Resource Officer Pramas, helping children in school as well as working in the community. K-9 Gibbs has been trained to respond to people experiencing anxiety and distress and is able to help them regulate their emotions. Gibbs spends his off-duty time at home with his partner and enjoys all the things other dogs do…especially treats!
Last week, the “Kindness Fairy” from the Kindness Collaborative presented Officer Pramas and Gibbs with a 1 year appreciation gift during a celebration at the Anne Bradstreet Early Childhood Center.
