Help Protect Lake Cochichewick!- Learn about the Lake Cochichewick Watershed Plan Update on March 18th
In late 2020, the Town began work on an update to the Lake Cochichewick Watershed Plan, which has not been updated since 1987! The Town hired Weston & Sampson to analyze water quality, study environmental conditions in the watershed, and make recommendations on how to best protect North Andover’s only drinking water supply.
The Town will be holding a public meeting, where Weston & Sampson will present findings on the conditions of Lake Cochichewick and seek public input on watershed protection topics. Join us for the meeting on Thursday March 18th, 2021 at 6:00pm, which will be held on Microsoft Teams.
Input from this meeting will help inform the Town’s understanding of issues in the watershed and how to ensure the safety of North Andover’s drinking water. Please join the meeting to learn about issues affecting Lake Cochichewick and to provide the Town with valuable insight.
