Cyr Center Opens for the Season on Saturday, April 6th from 8am-3pm

Cyr Center Hours of Operations:  Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 8am – 3pm.

Stickers are currently available at the Public Works Facility, 384 Osgood Street, however residents may use the facility without a sticker during the month of April (proof of residency will be required at the facility).   Stickers will be required for residential use after May 1st.  Landscapers and Contractors must have a sticker to use the facility from the initial opening.

Join Families Supporting Families TOMORROW from 6:30-8pm at @YMCAAndover, with special guest speakers from @NoAndoverPolice, @AndoverMassPD and Lawrence District Court.

On TUESDAY, APRIL 2nd  from 6:30-8pm at the YMCA of Andover/North Andover the Families Helping Families Support Group will host Andover Police Chief Patrick Keefe, Community Support Sergeant Steve Gerroir, North Andover Detective Lieutenant EJ Foulds, and Dr. Crystal Cookman from Lawrence District Court to discuss how the community can utilize the police department and court system as supports in addressing the mental health and substance abuse needs of their loved ones.

This meeting is open to everyone. Feel free to invite friends and family and anyone interested in the topic.  Please see flyer for more information.

The Town of North Andover adopted a strong Town Manager/Board of Selectmen/Open Town Meeting form of governance in 1986. This financially stable community is recognized as one of the most attractive and desirable communities in the Merrimack Valley to live, work and raise a family. The Town is conveniently located along Route 495 with easy access to train service and has a local regional airport within its boundaries. North Andover has a rich history and a strong commitment to preserving its historical heritage, while providing the highest level of municipal services to its residents. This beautiful, semi-rural community is just 24 miles from the world-class medical, educational, and cultural assets of Boston. It also borders four towns and three cities geographically. The Town has an excellent school system and is a host to Merrimack College as well as Brooks School. This full service Town is truly a “destination” for a seasoned individual looking for a vibrant, dynamic community to lead. The Town Manager will oversee a proposed FY 2020 operating budget of approximately $100+/- million dollars including the local public schools and will be directly responsible for 211 FTEs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of seven years of experience in public administration, with a minimum of five years served in a senior management capacity or an equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience.
