Cyr Center Hours of Operations: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 8am – 3pm.
Stickers are currently available at the Public Works Facility, 384 Osgood Street, however residents may use the facility without a sticker during the month of April (proof of residency will be required at the facility). Stickers will be required for residential use after May 1st. Landscapers and Contractors must have a sticker to use the facility from the initial opening.

On TUESDAY, APRIL 2nd from 6:30-8pm at the YMCA of Andover/North Andover the Families Helping Families Support Group will host Andover Police Chief Patrick Keefe, Community Support Sergeant Steve Gerroir, North Andover Detective Lieutenant EJ Foulds, and Dr. Crystal Cookman from Lawrence District Court to discuss how the community can utilize the police department and court system as supports in addressing the mental health and substance abuse needs of their loved ones.

The Town of North Andover adopted a strong Town Manager/Board of Selectmen/Open Town Meeting form of governance in 1986. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field and a minimum of seven years of experience in public administration, with a minimum of five years served in a senior management capacity or an equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience. The Town offers a base starting salary of $190,000 in addition to a competitive benefits package commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
