On TUESDAY, APRIL 2nd from 6:30-8pm at the YMCA of Andover/North Andover the Families Helping Families Support Group will host Andover Police Chief Patrick Keefe, Community Support Sergeant Steve Gerroir, North Andover Detective Lieutenant EJ Foulds, and Dr. Crystal Cookman from Lawrence District Court to discuss how the community can utilize the police department and court system as supports in addressing the mental health and substance abuse needs of their loved ones.
