There are still limited storage spots at both the Hatch and North Pump Station available for purchase online and in person at the DPW.  

● In order to allow more people access to the storage racks we have instituted a limit of 1 rack spot per household an applicant may apply for.
● If purchasing in person at 384 Osgood St., only payments by CHECK OR MONEY ORDER are accepted. A proof of residency is required at the time of purchase.
● Online payments for boating permits accept ACH and Credit Card payments. Visit: https://www.northandoverma.gov/home/pages/permits-licenses-and-vital-records-requests
● If purchasing permits online, you must complete the application with an uploaded current proof of residency before the application will be accepted and approved.
