-North Andover – Corridor Improvements On Route 114 – Single Environmental Impact Report

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) has filed a Single Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) for the North Andover – Corridor Improvements on Route 114, Between Waverly Road & Willow/Mill Street Project. This document was filed on or before April 1, 2024. Comments on this project are due by May 10, 2024.  Learn more here.

-Town of North Andover Survey: Input on Community Spending:  
The Town of North Andover has partnered with Polco/National Research Center to conduct a survey.  Survey postcards have been sent to randomly selected North Andover households and businesses.  If you were one of the households or businesses that received a survey postcard via mail, please respond to the URL link provided to you on that postcard.  

Didn’t get a postcard but want to share your thoughts and opinion?  The online survey is available to all North Andover residents and businesses!

The boat storage season on the Lake will begin as of April 15, 2024
All Boating Permits (day passes and storage passes) will be available for sale online and in person, starting April 10, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.

Lake Cochichewick Boat Storage and Seasonal Day Pass Sale 2024

The boat storage season on the Lake will begin as of April 15, 2024
All Boating Permits (day passes and storage passes) will be available for sale
online and in person, starting Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.

$50 Boat Storage Permit
$25 Seasonal Day Pass
$10 each additional boat pass

Boats are not permitted to be on the racks until 4/16/24 (due to the Patriot’s Day Holiday) any boats on racks prior will be removed and incur a $50 recovery fee made payable to the Town of North Andover.
● In order to allow more people access to the storage racks we have instituted a limit of 1 rack spot per household an applicant may apply for.
● If purchasing in person at 384 Osgood St., only payments by CHECK OR MONEY ORDER are accepted. A proof of residency is required at the time of purchase.
● Online payments for boating permits accept ACH and Credit Card payments. Go to *northandoverma.gov – Permits & Licenses section – Public Works and Lake Usage Permit Applications* You will need to register or be registered with OpenGov to complete the process.
● If purchasing permits online, you must complete the application with an uploaded current proof of residency before the application will be accepted and approved.

● Permits purchased and approved online (both storage and day passes), will be available for pick up starting Thursday 4/11/24 at 12:00 pm.
● All payments for storage passes must be received (either online or in person) no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday 4/12/24, in order to secure your space. If payment is not received by then, your storage reservation will be canceled.
