As part of the Annual Road & Sidewalk Restoration Program, work will begin on High Street from Water Street to Sutton Street in the coming weeks with additional roads to follow:
The Town’s contractor, D&R, will begin sidewalk layouts and construction the week of April 15th with sloped granite curbing and new asphalt sidewalk to be installed from Prescott Street to Sutton Street. Milling of the roadway is expected shortly after, followed by casting adjustments and then finish paving after that (weather permitting). Raised castings and traffic delays should be anticipated for anyone traveling in the area.
