Branch and Tree Debris Disposal Information

In effort to assist residents with recent storm cleanup, the town will be conducting a special bundled brush pickup next week.  We ask that you have all bundled brush curbside by Tuesday, 9/19/23, as the contractor will be working throughout town and is unable to go back to streets after completing a pickup.  Bundled branches for curbside pickup must be bound with twine or rope, and should be 50 pounds or less. Branches may be up to 6 inches in diameter, and up to 4 feet in length. Bundles must not be bagged, and should not be placed on roadways or sidewalks while awaiting collection.

As a reminder, the Cyr Center on Sharpners Pond Road will be open Monday-Saturday through 9/23/23 and residents may bring debris at no charge.

Burning is not yet allowed and burning season does not begin until January 1. A permit is required for burning.
