The deadline to apply for a vote by mail ballot is quickly approaching. The deadline is Wednesday, March 24th – 5:00 PM. Applications must be received in the Town Clerk's office by this deadline in order to receive a ballot by mail.
Applications can be mailed to 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA 01845, emailed to vote@northandoverma.gov, or dropped off in the Town Hall Business Mailbox located in front of Town Hall. If you do not have access to download the application, please email vote@northandoverma.gov to request an application. You can also send us a note with your signature requesting a ballot. The note with your signature will serve as your application.

North Andover is seeking a Director of Elder Services who will be responsible for administrative and supervisory work in planning, coordinating and implementing programs that benefit and assist the senior citizens of the Town, including outreach and transportation, social and recreation, meal site oversight and building overview. Graduation from a college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Gerontology or a related field; supplemented by at least 5 years of experience working in a community setting with elders.
