Excise Tax bills were mailed on February 24, 2021 and are due by March 25, 2021.
You can pay your bill online at northandoverma.gov or drop your payment in the black drop box in front of Town Hall. If you have not received a bill please contact the Treasurer/Collector’s office at 978-688-9550 to avoid a $30 demand fee.
Address changes need to be made at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. If you no longer own the vehicle please contact the Assessor’s office at 978-688-9566.
