Save the Date! – Monday, March 1st, 2021, Downtown Improvement Master Plan Public Meeting #3

In late 2019, the Town began efforts to develop a Downtown Improvement Master Plan, later holding public input meetings in January 2020 and another in December 2020 after the process was on hold due to public participation challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Town is continuing this process with a third public meeting, to be held virtually on Monday, March 1, 2021. This will be the last meeting before the Downtown Improvement Master Plan is finalized. This meeting will:

  1. Present findings from the first and second meetings
  2. Present updated designs that reflect public inputand 
  3. Hear public input on the updated designs.

The Downtown Improvement Master Plan is being developed in response to proposed strategies and goals identified in the 2018 North Andover Master Plan. These strategies and goals address downtown infrastructure, aesthetics, connectivity, wayfinding, and parking. Public input on these topics is crucial and will help guide the future of downtown.

Please join us on Zoom for this third public meeting to learn about the progress of the plan and to provide your thoughts on improving downtown. The meeting will take place on Monday, March 1st at 6:30pm. Information about how to access the meeting will be forthcoming.

VA Bedford Healthcare System is currently offering the COVID-19 vaccine by appointment to enrolled Veterans age 50 and older.

VA Bedford Healthcare System has administered almost 13,000 vaccinations to employees and Veterans!  You can find the most current information about the VA COVID Vaccination Clinics on their public webpage at

VA Bedford Healthcare System is currently offering the COVID-19 vaccine by appointment to enrolled Veterans age 50 and older. Veterans may call the Vaccination Call Center at 781-687-4000 to make an appointment. This line is open weekdays only from 8-4:30, but the vaccination clinic is open daily, including weekends.  VA schedulers are also actively reaching out to enrolled Veterans to get them scheduled for the vaccine if they’re interested. Note that as a federal facility, they do not follow state guidelines.

If you are a Veteran who is not enrolled in VA healthcare, but interested in getting the vaccine, please visit VA’s Eligibility page to determine your eligibility for VA healthcare and start the enrollment process, if applicable.
