This is a message from Town Manager Rodrigues. Effective March 16, all town buildings are closed to the public. Tomorrow, the Town is introducing a COVID19 hotline, which can be reached at 978-208-6070. Again the number is 978-208-6070. That number will be answered live during our Town Hall’s regular hours. If you need to conduct town business, please call Town Hall or consider using our electronic services. For more information on our COVID19 response please visit northandoverma.gov.

Small Business Assistance for COVID-19

To North Andover Small Businesses:

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) and Baker-Polito Administration are working closely with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to activate the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program which would provide assistance to eligible businesses and non-profits impacted by COVID-19. When you sign in to your Smart911 profile, you will notice a new feature that allows you to provide First Responders with critical information pertaining to Coronavirus/COVID19. Users now have the option to indicate whether they are in high risk categories, such as having a history of chronic medical conditions (including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes), other respiratory or cardiac conditions, cancer, or hypertension. Individuals also have the option to self-identify if they are under quarantine and whether it is self-imposed or directed by a medical professional.
