The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Commerce have developed a Coronavirus Special Topic Conference Call Series to provide information and guidance to small businesses as they navigate issues arising due to COVID-19. Topics include Force Majeure, Cyber Risks in Teleworking, SBA Disaster Loan Available, HR Considerations in Teleworking, ThomasNet Manufacturing Survey Results, Aerospace/Defense related Issues and more. This series of conference calls will run throughout Spring 2020.
Town Buildings may be closed, but we are still only an email, a phone call, or a website visit away. Our services will continue behind the scenes and we are dedicated to serving the public to the best of our ability while taking measures to protect our employees and residents.

A loan fund of $10 million has been created to provide financial relief to Massachusetts businesses of 50 or fewer employees that have been affected by COVID-19. Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (MGCC) will receive and process all applications for this fund. If you need to apply for a smoke certification for the sale of a property, please call 978-688-9590 ext. 41115 and speak with Maura Deems. She will assist you in completing the application over the phone, and payment can be made with a check, address of property to be inspected/smoke certificate and placed in the drop box for payments located at the front of Town Hall, located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA.
