To vote by absentee ballot, you can download the absentee ballot application, complete the information and then mail to Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA  01845, email to treid@northandoverma.gov or leave in the town business mailbox outside of Town Hall.   If you cannot download the application, a handwritten note with your signature will suffice.  You can take a picture of it with your cell phone and email, or mail to Trudy, or leave in the town hall mailbox outside of Town Hall.

All requests for an absentee ballot must be received no later than noon the day before the Election.  Ballots must be received no later than 8 PM on the day of the Election in order to be counted.
