Attached are the “Gas Ready” maps that identify by street the in-street construction plan for the impacted areas of North Andover. Soon there will be maps showing the plan to complete in-house assessments and a maps identifying by street the plan to fully restore service or “re-light” each property.

Here are the streets targeted for assessments on Mon., Oct. 1. Please note, we may not complete the entire street listed below on this date. You should receive an automated phone call several days before teams arrive in your neighborhood in order to give you an approximate date for this assessment. columbiagas.com/massachusetts/home

- Court Street
If you served in the active military service and were separated under any condition other than dishonorable, you may qualify for VA health care benefits. Come down to Veterans Services at North Andover Town Hall for assistance in enrollment.

Columbia Gas is assisting business owners and families who need shelter, clothing, child care, counseling and a wide range of services. As that process moves forward, residents will also get assistance associated with losses or damages suffered as a result of the incident. Eligible claims include the cost of installing an alternative form or heat or hot water. Please see the links on this webpage for more specific information about claims.
Property claims can be filed over the phone at 1-800-590-5571 or in person at the claims center.
