
Due to the revamping and modifying of the North Lake Cochichewick Boat Launch, the area (North Pump Station/ RT 133) will not be accessible to Lake Cochichewick for boating during the 2025 Season.
Boat Storage (in a limited capacity) will be available at the Hatch (522 Stevens Street) as well as access to Lake Cochichewick.
Boat Storage 2025 permits for the HATCH will go on sale – IN PERSON ONLY– at 384 Osgood Street on Tuesday April 15, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
Seasonal Boat Day Passes will be available for purchase online and in person, starting Tuesday April 15, 2025.

Additional day pass boat $10/ea.
Please bring a car registration, proof of residency and check or money order with you for payment as online processing will not be available.Storage spaces are available at one per household.
Boats are not permitted to be on the racks until 4/15/25 AND must have a valid sticker.Any boats on the racks prior to 4/15/25 and without a valid sticker, will be removed and incur a $50 recovery fee made payable to the Town of North Andover.
Any chains on the racks prior to 4/15/25 will be cut and removed.
There will be no trash and recycling collection on Monday, April 21, 2025. Collection will be delayed one day for the week.

For your convenience, leaf bags can be brought, at no charge for town residents, to the Cyr Center at Sharpeners Pond Road, from April 8 thru April 26, 2025. Hours of operation are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 8am-2:45pm. A permit will be needed after April 26, 2025 and can be obtained at DPW office, 384 Osgood Street or online (application opens April 8).

- Please have bags out Sunday evening for each week of pick up
- Grass clippings and leaves, no brush, sticks or rocks
- Be patient; all bags will be picked up
