The Town is excited to announce it has posted the Request for Services for an Owner's Project Manager for the Kittredge School! Responses are due on September 20th and we hope to have a recommendation to the MSBA for a Project Manager by mid-October.  

What is an Owner's Project Manager (OPM)?

The OPM will represent the Town during the feasibility study and schematic design phases, which may be amended to include continued Project Management Services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction, and final closeout of the Proposed Project.

Please note the Feasibility Study/Schematic Design Phase is estimated to take 20-24 months.
