Drought Watch and Voluntary Water Conservation
Due to water levels in Lake Cochichewick, The Town of North Andover is currently in a Drought Watch. In accordance with our Drought Management Plan, we are requesting residents and businesses voluntarily reduce their water usage. Please limit outdoor watering such as washing vehicles and do not run irrigation systems during the daylight hours of 8 am to 7 pm.
North Andover’s Water Department will continue to monitor lake levels and provide updates on drought conditions. Thank you for your continued cooperation.

Town Plumbing and Gas Inspections
Town Plumbing and Gas Inspections
Please be advised that Town of North Andover Plumbing and Gas Inspectors, with the assistance of Columbia Gas, are contacting landlords and homeowners to make appointments to inspect work that was performed during and directly after the gas emergency. They will be accompanied by technicians that can fix potential deficiencies that may be found.
It is critical that landlords and homeowners work with the Town to ensure that this work is inspected so that open permits can be closed out. Open/unresolved permits could affect closings when selling homes. All inspectors and technicians will follow proper COVID-19 guidelines and protocols.
