Commission for Inclusion, Equity and Diversity: The Board of Selectmen is seeking volunteers interested in serving on the Commission for Inclusion, Equity and Diversity

The Board of Selectmen is looking for 2 residents (one who has English as their second language) and one minority North Andover business owner to serve on the Commission for Inclusion, Equity and Diversity. The Board of Selectmen created this Commission in direct response to the senseless murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis. The Board of Selectmen condemns those actions, and any and all violence against black and brown people. As an organization, the Board is committed to working with this Commission to create and fortify the inclusive, welcoming and diverse community that we all deserve and desire. As we move forward together as a community, our words must be supported by our actions, and our actions must truly create equity and inclusion for all North Andover residents.
