Article 30: Amend Zoning Bylaw – Chapter 195, § 195-6.6.G. Permitted Signs – Industrial Districts
This article amends the Zoning Bylaw to allow for a sign master plan by special permit within certain zoning districts. There are two other zoning districts that allow for sign master plans. The Planning Board would be responsible for approving the comprehensive signage master plan by special permit. Zoning changes requires a 2/3rds vote of Town Meeting.
