For Small Businesses: SBA Coronavirus Special Topic Conference Call Series

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Commerce have developed a Coronavirus Special Topic Conference Call Series to provide information and guidance to small businesses as they navigate issues arising due to COVID-19.  Topics include Force Majeure, Cyber Risks in Teleworking, SBA Disaster Loan Available, HR Considerations in Teleworking, ThomasNet Manufacturing Survey Results, Aerospace/Defense related Issues and more.  This series of conference calls will run throughout Spring 2020.

Town Buildings may be closed, but we are still only an email, a phone call, or a website visit away.  Our services will continue behind the scenes and we are dedicated to serving the public to the best of our ability while taking measures to protect our employees and residents. 
If you need to pay a bill, please use the town’s online services at this link: https://www.northandoverma.gov/treasurercollector/pages/pay-bills-online. Residents can also pay by check by placing their payment in the dropbox outside of Town Hall.

If you need a permit from the Fire Department please call 978-688-9590 to make an appointment. (Walk-ins will not be accepted.)

Call the North Andover COVID-19 hotline at 978-208-6070 to get general information about the illness, speak with the Public Health nurse if you have been exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case, inquire about town services, request assistance due to lack of food or supplies, or to request emotional support.
