Holiday Trash and Recycling Collection Reminder

There will be no trash and recycling collection on Wednesday, December 25th. Collection will then be delayed one day for the remainder of the week.  Monday, December 23rd and Tuesday, December 24th are regular collection days.

Deadline to submit presidential candidates’ nomination papers

Town of North Andover, MA
Friday, December 20, 2019 at 5:00PM is the last day and hour to submit presidential candidates’ nomination papers to local registrars of voters and election commissioners for certification of signatures.    

Papers may be submitted to the Town Clerk's office- 120 Main Street from 8:00AM until 12:00PM and to the North Andover Police Station, 1475 Osgood Street from 12:00PM until 5:00PM.

Passport News and Location Changes

Starting February 18, 2020 all passport applications will be submitted at the Stevens Memorial Library by appointment only, passports will no longer be submitted at the Town Clerk's Office.
