Eligibility Requirements:

• Purchases must be made on November 24 and/or 25 from this list of businesses.
• A Gift Card Form with associated receipts must be submitted by December 14, 2018 to the Town Manager’s Office, North Andover Town Hall, 120 Main Street, or by email to giftcard@northandoverma.gov. The Gift Card Form can be obtained from one of the listed businesses or completed online at northandoverma.gov/shoplocal
• Receipts must include the business name and date of transaction. Only one receipt per business is eligible per day, however purchases at multiple businesses will be honored. You must spend at least $25.00 per business. The amount of the gift card will be based on individual receipts and not the aggregate amount spent at multiple businesses.
• Eligibility is per household. Only one Gift Card Form per address will be accepted; however, there is no limit to the number of business you can shop at.  For example, if you spend $200 at Store A and $200 at Store B, you will receive gift cards totaling $200 ($100 for each business you visited).
• Gift Cards will be mailed to the name and address provided on The Gift Card Form.
• At their discretion, the Town of North Andover reserves the right to reject any gift card request and cancel promotion.
