NA Smart911 Alert: Overnight Parking Ban

September 15 – 16, 2025
The North Andover DPW will be conducting line painting on Main Street during the evening/overnight hours tonight September 15 and tomorrow September 16, starting at 8pm each night. There will be no overnight parking on Main St / Garden St / Merrimack St allowed during these nights from 8pm-5am. Violators will be towed at their owners expense.

Overnight Line Striping, Main Street and School Street

As you may already be aware, the following roads are part of the gas restoration project and are scheduled for OVERNIGHT line striping work, weather permitting, tonight, September 15th:

    • Main Street: Sutton Street to Chickering Road
    • School Street: Main Street to Dead End

    As posted around town, starting Monday September 15th, Stevens Street between Pleasant Street and Harkaway Road will be closed for the next 2 months while we reconstruct the culvert and roadway. Detours will be in place and delays should be anticipated, especially traveling to/from school. We appreciate your understanding. For any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the engineering department. Thank you.

    Lake Cochichewick Clean Up

    Join us for a community effort to keep North Andover’s beloved water source clean and beautiful. Be a part of this initiative to make a positive impact on our community!

    Volunteers will be walking the shoreline trails to collect trash and litter. Permitted boat owners are encouraged to participate in the clean up using their boats to collect trash along the lakeshore.

    Gloves, trash bags, trash grabber tools, collection and light refreshments will be provided.
