NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION

In accordance with Chapter 40, Section 56, and other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given that the Select Board has scheduled a Public Hearing at the North Andover Town Hall, 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA 01845 for Monday, November 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. regarding real estate classification.

The Board of Assessors will ask the Select Board to select a residential factor to determine the percentages of the tax burden borne by each class of properties in the Town for Fiscal Year 2027.
