This is a message from the Town of North Andover.

Due to the low water level of Lake Cochichewick, the Town of North Andover has implemented mandatory outdoor water use restrictions in accordance with Town Bylaw, Chapter 185. All non-essential outdoor water use is prohibited.  This includes outdoor spray irrigation systems, outdoor washing of vehicles and filling of swimming pools.  These restrictions will be in place for the foreseeable future and until such time that the Lake level recovers to normal level.
