North Andover HOME Rental Assistance ProgramGreater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc.
The North Andover HOME program is an income based rental assistance program that provides aid for up to one year to residents of North Andover. The agency works alongside the tenant and the landlord to help pay the tenants rent and provide them with case management. While enrolled into the program the tenant must pay 30% of their household income towards the rent to the landlord and the agency covers the rest. Please see the application for more information including eligibility and selection criteria.
