The Finance Committee will be holding a public hearing on March 25, 2025 at 7pm in the Select Board Meeting Room, 120 Main Street.
 
– Rockland Trust 8th Annual Small Business, Big Dreams Contest
Do you have big dreams for your small business?  Rockland Trust has announced their 8th Annual Small Business, Big Dreams Contest.

From now until March 31st, business owners can enter for a chance to win $25,000 to support their growth. Plus, two runner-ups will each receive $5,000!*

How to Enter:

      • Take the qualification survey to see if your business meets the eligibility criteria.
      • Submit Your Application: Qualifying businesses will receive an invitation to tell us more about their business dreams in a final submission!

– Affordable Housing Trust Vacancies

The Town is seeking a volunteer to serve on the Affordable Housing Trust. The duties of the Trustees is to manage the Housing Trust Fund. The purpose of the Trust shall be to provide for the preservation and creation of affordable housing in the Town of North Andover for the benefit of low- and moderate-income households pursuant to the Town Bylaw Chapter 20. The Trust generally meets once a month in the evening.

– Annual Town Election, March 25, 2025
The Annual Town Election will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
All precincts vote at North Andover High School at 430 Osgood Street.
The polls are open from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
Please call the Town Clerk’s office if you would like to check your voter registration status at 978-688-9501.
 
– Low-Cost Rabies Clinic, April 11, 2025, 10am-2pm

Location:  The Cabin at Phillips Academy, 206 Highland Rd. Andover Ma, 01810
Join Andover and North Andover Animal Control Officers for our first combined rabies vaccine clinic for dogs and cats!
Rabies vaccines will be $10 for residents and $12 for non-residents. Limited to the first 150 petsDogs must be on leash and cats must be in carriers.In order to receive a 3 year vaccine, be sure to bring your pets previous rabies certificate with you to the clinic.*If you have a pet that has previously had a reaction to the rabies vaccines or cannot comfortably wait in line with other pets and people, we do ask that you go to your regular veterinary hospital for care opposed to attending this clinic.
