The goals of the survey are to:
• Understand the barriers to access for community members;
• Identify language and communication needs for residents;
• Identify how to foster community engagement and participation;
• Review policies and procedures, and root causes which might inhibit community
engagement; and
• Identify opportunities for improvements in becoming a more inclusive town and better serve
all residents.
