This article is requesting to purchase $119,000 in vehicles and equipment with that purchase being funded by Free Cash.  These items were not costly enough to qualify as Capital items, and include a mower, dump trailer, compressor and vehicle lift.  With the exception of the vehicle lift, these items are replacing items that have outlived their useful life.
