The Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 6:30 PM. It will take place in the North Andover High School Auditorium. The Town Moderator invited the North Parish Peoples Pantry and they will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items to aid those of our neighbors who are food insecure. While they will accept any non-perishable foods, they are in particular need of canned tuna, peanut butter, and macaroni and cheese.

As we ready for Town Meeting on May 16, 2023, the Town will be presenting information every day on different warrant articles.
Article 32: Amend North Andover Zoning Bylaw – Article 4, Part 6 Floodplain District
The proposed amendment assures that the Town’s bylaws contain the necessary and proper language to maintain compliance with the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 so that flood disaster relief in the form of insurance is available to residents.
