Article 31: Amend Zoning Bylaw – Article 8 Supplementary Regulations, Part 13 Inclusionary Housing Requirement
This proposed bylaw amendment provides some “housekeeping edits” to the Inclusionary Housing Requirement that was passed by Annual Town Meeting 2022, including making density bonus and payment in lieu allowances (i.e. payments to the Town in lieu of building out physical units) for Continuing Care Retirement Centers developments consistent with the Town's existing Continuing Care Retirement Center bylaw.
