MassDOT invites community members to participate in an open-house-style community meeting to learn more about the proposed Route 114 Corridor Improvement Project between Waverly Road and Willow Street/Mill Road in North Andover and Andover.

 

Members of the project team will be available between 6:00pm and 8:00pm to help members of the community learn about the proposed improvements, community benefits, and potential impacts.

 

WHEN: Thursday, March 23, 2023 / from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

WHERE: Crowe Hall Executive Room in Crowe Hall at Merrimack College
