Water Conservation Notice

North Andover has been experiencing below normal rainfall and is in an area of critical drought.  We are asking that residents voluntarily conserve water by reducing water use and not watering your lawns between the hours of 7am to 7pm.  In effort to keep the Lake level from dropping further, this notice will stay in effect until weather conditions significantly change or mandatory restrictions are warranted.
