The North Shore Veterans Collaborative in partnership with the Lowell Vet Center and the Ipswich River Watershed Association will host a Free Paddle event for Veterans, Servicemembers and their families on Saturday, August 28th, 1500-1700 at the Riverbend, 143 County Rd, Ipswich, MA 01938.
