New online payment system coming soon from the Town of North Andover

We are excited to offer North Andover residents a new, more convenient way to make online payments via the Town’s Website.

The Town is in the process of moving to a new online bill payment system and during this transition we are unable to process online payments for motor vehicle excise bills at this time. Please mail payments to 120 Main Street PO BOX 124 North Andover, MA 01845 or use our payment drop box located in front of the Town Hall building. On behalf of the Town, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused but look forward to providing our residents with a new and improving system.

Today, September 1st, is the Massachusetts State Primary

Today, September 1st, is the Massachusetts State Primary. If you haven't voted already, by mail or early voting, you can vote in person at the North Andover High School.  Polls will be open from 7 AM – 8 PM.  Due to COVID-19, 6 feet social distancing will be followed and we are recommending all voters to wear face covering while on the high school property.

If you have a mail in ballot to be returned, please leave it in the Town Hall Business Mailbox located in front of Town Hall no later than 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 1st.  The box will be checked throughout the day and the ballots will be delivered to the polling location to be counted.  Thank you!
