Attention Veterans – Bedford VA Upcoming Reduction in Urgent Care Hours

Bedford VA will be reducing the hours of their Urgent Care Center (UCC) to be in compliance with VHA Directives. The change will be happening in two phases in an effort to ease the transition for Veterans and their families.

Phase one begins February 3, 202, Phase two will further reduce hours beginning April 6, 2020. (Please see matrix below)

Please watch for this document so you can verify / change any information that may need updating. Within 10 days, please sign and return the form to the Town Clerk’s office, via regular mail, dropping it off at the Town Clerk’s office, or new this year, you can scan and email to treid@northandoverma.gov.

This form is required by MGL, keeps your name active on the voter’s list, and allows the Town to use the town’s population number when applying for State and Federal Grants, and school enrollment projections.
