With wintertime here all work within the Town of NorthAndover Right of Way is hereby suspended until Springtime except for emergencies. No Street Opening Permits will be issued until further notice.
Due to the weather reports and for the safety of our employees, town buildings will have a delayed opening of noon on Tuesday, December 3. Please drive carefully as DPW employees work to keep our streets safe.
Due to the inclement weather, there will be NO trash/recycling collection on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. There will be a one-day delay for the remainder of the week.
