Friday, December 20, 2019 at 5:00PM is the last day and hour to submit presidential candidates’ nomination papers to local registrars of voters and election commissioners for certification of signatures.
Papers may be submitted to the Town Clerk's office- 120 Main Street from 8:00AM until 12:00PM and to the North Andover Police Station, 1475 Osgood Street from 12:00PM until 5:00PM.
