Friday, November 8, 2019 at 5:00PM is the last day and hour to submit ward, town, and state committee nomination papers to the Registrars of Voters for certification of signatures.
Papers may be submitted to the Town Clerk's office- 120 Main Street from 7:30AM until 12:00PM and to the North Andover Police Station, 1475 Osgood Street from 12:00PM until 5:00PM.

2019 Fall Leaf Collection Reminders
- North Andover Fall Leaf Collection has started. The Town will continue to collect leaf bags during the weeks of November 3rd, November 10th and November 17th.
- Please have all leaf bags and brush curbside at the beginning of those weeks as collection does not follow the trash/recycle schedule.
- Leaves must be IN biodegradable paper bags ONLY.
