Today is POW/MIA Remembrance Day. Please join us as we pause to remember prisoners of war (POWs) and those missing in action (MIA) as well as their families.
Today you may see an empty table, the POW/MIA Table. The tradition of setting a separate table in honor of our prisoners of war and missing comrades has been in place since the end of the Vietnam War. The manner in which the table is decorated is full of special symbols to help us remember our brothers and sisters in arms.* Learn more about the symbolism of the POW/MIA table here.
